Fantastic Stay at Fijian Paradise
friendly staff useful service seaside view
I found the staff to be friendly. The cart service around the resort was useful. I appreciated the unlimited free Wi-Fi, though Hilton Honors enrollment was required and the room insulation was solid. The seaside view from my room was amazing. It included a shared pool.
The resort's pricing felt elevated. Meals, drinks, and even ice cream seemed overpriced, and the food quality did not align with these costs. I found that disappointing

The breakfast buffet offered considerable variety. It included both Asian and European options and the Deli offered a delicious variety of beverages and food. Koro provided a more intimate setting for breakfast. Nuku offered greater variety for families though.

The team at the front desk has an electric energy that I found positive and contagious and Waqa & W.Biu were amazing! Housekeeping provided fantastic service and the golf cart service to the facilities felt quick.

fantastic stay
well kept facilities superb maintenance additional discounts
the facilities were well maintained and the grounds looked superb. the kids waterslide area was a hit with all the little ones. i suggest joining the hilton club for free wifi and discounts on food and beverages during check in.

superb maintenance comfortable bed quiet space
the grounds maintenance is superb the kids waterslide area kept all children entertained i saw aqua aerobics occur in the pool too i joined the hilton club upon check in and received free wifi with a discount on food and beverages. the rooms were very spacious the beds were very comfortable the staff made my daughter's birthday special. the adults only section provided quiet space the restaurant staff were really good and the food was tasty.

sewerage smell ignored requests
The breakfast options catered TO all food preferences.
The room smelled TERRIBLY of sewage. It woke me up. I requested help with the problem, BUT requests were ignored. I called the front desk every day, and they apologized, saying they would send maintenance, BUT nobody came.
